When you purchase a hearing system from us, your aftercare service is included in your initial fee.
Once you receive your new hearing aid, your audiologist will explain how to use your device, detail its various features and how to clean and care for it. Your audiologist will then commence fine tuning your hearing aid. This may take a number of visits until depending on your needs.
Once your hearing aid is customised to suit you and you are satisfied with their fit and performance, your next appointment with your audiologist will be your annual hearing test.
